Why do 32% of Agile projects fail?

If Agile is so much better than traditional methods, why do 32% of projects fail? According to Innercircle’s survey this costs the UK £37 Billion per year. If you think that figure is bad Scrum.inc posted a survey result that said that 47% of Agile transformations fail! These are pretty crazy figures, but I think we have all seen or been on a project that either went over budget or the schedule moved to the right. So the question is why is that?
