01 FOR YOUR BOARD
Take it to the board without us in the room.
A £45,000 decision is not made by the person who reads this website. It is made in a meeting your champion attends without us — so this page exists to arm them, and to answer the three questions a board always asks.
02 WHAT IS IN THE PACK
Four things, each answering a different objection.
Ungated · printable
The one-page business case
Cost, risk, payback, and the three questions a board actually asks — on a single sheet that fits in a board pack. No email, no form. Friction kills forwarding, and forwarding is the entire point.

The cost-of-inaction model
Put your own numbers in and see what the current Team IQ is costing annually. Every assumption is editable in front of the CFO, so the figure can be interrogated rather than dismissed.
By email
Anonymised benchmark report
Where organisations typically sit across the six pillars, the most common weak pillar, and the improvement range we have observed. Built from a small cohort and labelled honestly as directional.
By email
Sample diagnostic report
A redacted real report, so the board sees exactly what they receive: pillar scores, radars, the risk profile and a prioritised 90-day plan. It removes the last unknown before anyone signs.
03 COST OF INACTION
What is the current Team IQ costing you every year?
Change any figure below. Nothing is hidden: the model adds up rework, decision delay and stalled work, and shows you each component separately so you can argue with any of them.
Your numbers
These are your assumptions, not ours. We have started you at deliberately conservative values.
Estimated annual cost
£0
of value lost each year at the current level of team performance.
-
Rework. Effort spent producing something that has to be done again.£0
-
Decision delay. Capacity blocked while a decision sits unmade.£0
-
Stalled work. Initiatives that consumed budget and stopped.£0
Method: rework = teams × cost per team × rework percentage. Decision delay = teams × cost per team × (latency days ÷ 220 working days) × share of capacity affected. Stalled work = number of stalled initiatives × average cost. A TEAM IQ programme starts at £45,000 + VAT.

This block prints with the page — use the print button and it becomes a one-page attachment for your board paper.
05 THE GATED TWO
Benchmark report and sample diagnostic
These two go further than a business case: they show where organisations typically sit, and exactly what a board receives after a diagnostic. We ask for an email so we can send them and follow up once. Nothing else.
The three questions your board will ask
- What does it cost? The diagnostic session is £1,200 + VAT and is credited in full against a programme. A full programme starts at £45,000 + VAT.
- What does doing nothing cost? The model above, in your own numbers, with your own assumptions.
- How will we know it worked? The same six pillars are re-measured. You get a before and after, not a satisfaction survey.
06 HOW TO USE THIS
Three steps, in this order.
Step one
Score your own team first
Before you take anything to a board, know where you stand. The scorecard takes eight minutes and gives you a number you can quote.
Step two
Put your own numbers in the model
Change the assumptions to match your organisation, print it, and attach it. A figure the CFO can interrogate is worth ten they cannot.
Step three
Ask for one diagnostic, not a programme
£1,200 + VAT on one area of concern is an easy approval and it produces evidence. The programme conversation is much easier once the board has seen the first report.
