Who we are and how to contact us

The controller of personal data collected through this website is Network Advansys Limited, trading as Systemhelp. Systemhelp is a trading name of Network Advansys Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company number is 3503850 and our registered office is 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, England, BN26 6EA. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

What data we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms. This can include your name, work email address, organisation, role, number of delivery teams, and a free-text message. If you complete the TEAM IQ Scorecard, we may also collect your optional scorecard results and the contact details you provide to receive a report or download.

We do not ask for special category personal data. Please do not put confidential, sensitive or other people’s personal information in a free-text field unless you have a clear reason and permission to do so.

Why we use it and the lawful basis

Business-to-business enquiries

For an enquiry, diagnostic request or other business contact, we use your details to read the request, reply, arrange the requested conversation, and keep a record of it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running and responding to genuine business enquiries in a proportionate way.

Scorecard reports and downloads

Where you ask us to send a scorecard report, chapters, workshop material, benchmark material or another download by email, we rely on your consent for that email. We use the details only for the requested item and any clearly explained related follow-up. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where data goes

Form submissions are stored in our CRM and used to send email. We use GoHighLevel as a CRM processor, Resend to send email, and Cloudflare to host and protect this website. Each processes data only for the service it provides to us, subject to its applicable terms and safeguards.

An owner-notification email about a form submission is sent to the site owner so that the request can be read and answered. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry, scorecard and download records for 24 months after your last activity with us, then delete them unless we need to retain them for a legal claim, accounting record or another legal obligation. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The scorecard may use browser storage needed to remember form state while it runs. Read the cookies page for the current position.

Your UK GDPR rights

You may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; or receive a portable copy where the right applies. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] and saying what you want us to stop. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before it.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Its contact details are available at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with the concern first, but you do not have to contact us before making a complaint.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our site or data handling changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
