TEAM IQ

01 FREE ASSESSMENT

What is your team's Team IQ Score?

24 statements. Four per pillar. Eight minutes. You get a score out of 100, your weakest pillar, and the two exercises we would start that team on this week.

FreeNo card, no callScore shown before we ask for anything

Answer for the team, not for the individuals in it.

Judge how the team actually behaves on a normal week — not how it behaves in a good week, and not how you would like it to behave. The output is only as useful as your honesty.

You will see your score immediately. The full written breakdown, with each pillar scored and the benchmark line for your size of organisation, comes by email if you want it.

Keyboard: press 1–5 to answer, or Tab and Enter. You can go back at any point.

What you get

  • A score out of 100, banded from Reactive to Exemplary
  • Six pillar sub-scores on a hexagon radar
  • Your weakest and strongest pillar
  • Two named exercises for the weakest pillar
  • Optionally: the full written report by email

02 WHY WE ASK

It is not a personality test

Nothing here asks what kind of person you are. Every statement is about how the team works: what it agrees, what it evidences, and what it does when reality changes.

It is the same six pillars we work on

The scorecard is a short version of the full diagnostic. If it says EXPRESSION is your weakest pillar, that is where a diagnostic session would start.

It gives you a number to re-measure

Come back in three months and score again. A number that moves is how you prove the work was worth funding.

03 IF YOU WANT COMPANY

Do this with the team, not about the team.

The scorecard is honest when each person scores it separately and you compare the spread. The gap between how the leader scores the team and how the team scores itself is usually the most useful finding of the day.
