01 THE FIRST PAID STEP
Ninety minutes on the one thing that is actually stuck.
Bring the area of concern — the late releases, the decisions that never land, the team that will not raise a problem until it is a crisis. We work it in the room and you leave with a written score and a plan. The fee is credited in full against a programme.
02 WHY THIS STEP
Most organisations do not need a programme. They need an accurate diagnosis.
Buying team development on faith is how organisations end up with a shelf of workshops and no evidence of change. So we made the first paid step small, specific and useful on its own.
Ninety minutes is long enough to gather real evidence — who owns what, what the target actually is, where the decisions are stuck — and short enough that approving it does not require a procurement cycle.
If we find that the problem is genuinely bigger than one area, we will say so. If we find it is one thing, you will know which one, and you will have the tools to fix it without us.
The terms
- £1,200 + VAT, fixed, invoiced after the session.
- Credited in full against a programme if you continue within six months.
- Written output — the Team IQ Score and action plan, not just a conversation.
- No lock-in — the two starting exercises work without us.
We confirm the time first, then invoice. VAT added.
03 HOW IT RUNS
Three stages, and what you get from each
Before · 20 minutes of your time
Scope the area
You tell us the concern in one paragraph. We agree who needs to be in the room — usually the team, plus whoever owns the constraint. We send a short pre-read so nobody arrives cold.
During · 90 minutes
Work the problem
We run the measurement cycle on the live issue: what the valuable target is, what evidence exists, who owns the outcome, what is being assumed, and where the decision has actually stopped. No theory without the team's own example.
After · within five working days
The written output
A Team IQ Score for the team, the pillar where the constraint sits, a prioritised action plan, and the two exercises from that pillar's chapters to start on. A sample of the report format is available.

Choose a time
Opens in GoHighLevel's own page, in a new tab. The calendar below works in most browsers, but some block a booking widget that sits inside someone else's page.
Prefer to arrange it by email?
Send us the area of concern and two or three times that suit — we will confirm within one working day.
05 QUESTIONS
The practical questions
Who needs to attend?
The team that owns the problem, plus whoever holds the constraint — often someone from outside the team. Between four and ten people works best. If it is just you and the problem is systemic, that is still useful but we will say so.
Is it a workshop or a diagnosis?
Both. The first half gathers evidence and scores the team against the relevant pillars. The second half works on the constraint with the people who own it.
What if we need more than one area?
Then the corporate diagnostic across all six pillars is usually the better next step, and the £1,200 is credited against it.
Can this be run remotely?
Yes, and most are. In-person is better for the exercise, so we will say if we think it would change the outcome.
Will I get anything if it does not work for us?
You keep the written score, the action plan and the two exercises. Nothing is withheld pending a proposal.
