01 STEP THREE
Raise the Team IQ of every team, and prove it moved.
Twelve to sixteen weeks across all six pillars. Training and exercises for each team, dashboards so you can watch the scores move, and quarterly re-measurement so the board sees a before and after rather than a set of impressions.
02 WHAT IS INCLUDED
Five components, all of them evidenced
Baseline and re-measure
Every team scored at the start, at the midpoint and at the end, on the same instrument. The target movement is agreed in writing before we begin.
Training per pillar
Nineteen chapters across six pillars, delivered as sessions your teams attend together — not e-learning, and not a video library nobody opens.
Exercises and artefacts
Each chapter ends in a working artefact: a target with a burn-down, an outcome contract, a decision trigger, a value-stream score. Output, not notes.
Dashboards
Pillar scores by team, trended over time. Visible to the sponsor, so the work cannot quietly stall between sessions.
Coaching for team leads
Because the teams that improve fastest are the ones whose leads change what they ask for in the weekly meeting. We work with those directly.
A closing board report
The before and after, the cost recovered, and what still needs work. Written for the people who funded it.
03 THE SHAPE OF IT
Sixteen weeks, in four movements
Weeks 1–2 · Baseline and agreement
Full six-pillar diagnostic, target movement agreed with the sponsor, the two starting pillars chosen based on the evidence rather than the loudest opinion.
Weeks 3–8 · First two pillars
TARGET and EXPRESSION in most organisations: the two that unblock everything else. Training, exercises, artefacts, and a midpoint review.
Weeks 9–14 · Remaining pillars
ACCOUNTABILITY, MINDSET, INSIGHT and QUALITY, sequenced around what the midpoint review revealed. Lead coaching runs throughout.
Weeks 15–16 · Re-measure and hand over
Every team re-scored, the closing board report, and the retained-partnership option if you want the standard held while you grow.
04 WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
Three promises we make about how this runs
We will not promise a number we cannot evidence
You will see the re-measured scores either way, including if they do not move as much as we wanted. That is the point of agreeing the target in advance.
We will not replace your framework
Agile, SAFe, waterfall — they stay. TEAM IQ raises the capability of the teams operating them, which is the part that was never addressed.
We will not create a dependency
The tools are yours. The artefacts stay with the teams. The last week is designed to make us optional, not necessary.
05 PRICE AND QUESTIONS
From £45,000 + VAT
Scoped by the number of teams and the number of pillars in the first wave. The corporate diagnostic fee is credited in full if you have already run one. Payment by invoice, in three stages.
How much of my teams' time does this take?
Roughly four to six hours per person across sixteen weeks, in sessions of 90 minutes or less. Most of the work happens inside their existing meetings rather than in additional ones.
What if results do not improve?
You will see that too, and you will know exactly which pillar resisted. We would rather report an honest flat line than a dressed-up one; the re-measurement is not optional or negotiable.
Do you work on site?
Usually a mix. Opening, the midpoint review and the board presentation in person where geography allows; the rest remotely.
What happens at the end?
The teams keep the tools and the artefacts. Some organisations then take the retained partnership so the standard holds as new teams form; many do not need it.
How do you handle confidentiality and data?
Scores belong to you. We do not publish your data, and any benchmark contribution is anonymised and aggregated before it is used. Details are in the privacy policy.

Most programmes start with the diagnostic.
If you have not measured the six pillars yet, that is the honest first step — and its fee comes off this one.
